Check that the rating plate on the back of the equipment states 110-240V AC before you plug it for the first time.
If the mains lead gets damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person with an approved lead of the same type and rating to avoid an electrical hazard.
If you cut off the mains plug or fit a different type, destroy the old plug, as it is dangerous if inserted into a live power outlet.
If a fuse is fitted to the plug, remove the fuse before throwing the plug away.
Carefully follow the wiring instructions supplied with a new mains plug.

The wire coloured brown must be connected to the terminal that is marked with the letter L.
The wire coloured blue must be connected to the terminal that is marked with the letter N.

Hold the disc by the edges so that fingerprints do not get on the surface.

Cleaning Discs Fingerprints and dust on the disc can cause poor picture quality and sound distortion.
Do not use strong solvents such as alcohol, benzine, thinner, commercially available cleaners, or anti-static spray intended for older vinyl records.
Using the Remote Control Unless stated otherwise, the remote control can operate all the features of the DVD Player.
Always point the remote control directly at the remote sensor on the front of the DVD Player, not the TV.
Battery Installation Remove the battery compartment cover on the rear of the remote control.
Place two AAA batteries inside the battery compartment observing the polarity markings.
Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.

Press POWER on the TV and switch it to the correct video-in source.
Refer to your TV user's manual to select the correct input on your TV.
Press STANDBY on the front panel of your DVD player to turn the unit on.
Press to open the disc tray and insert the disc with its label facing up.

MENU During DVD playback, press MENU to return to the root menu.

Multi Speed Fast Motion Playback Repeatedly press to fast forward play.
Fast Forward Playback has four speeds: x 2, x 4, x 8 and x 20.
Fast Reverse Playback has four speeds: x 2, x 4, x 8 and x 20.
Multi Speed Slow Motion Playback Repeatedly press SLOW to enter Slow Motion Playback mode.
Slow Motion Playback has six speeds: 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6 and 1/7.
Press AUDIO to change the audio language you want when you play multi-language DVD discs.

Subtitles Press SUBTITLE repeatedly to change the subtitle language or turn it off.
Program Play The Program Playback option allows you to enter the order in which you want chapters or tracks to play to a maximum of 16.
Press numeric buttons to enter Track or Title then the chapter.
NOTES: To clear the programmed order, use to highlight the “CLEAR” item then press ENTER.
To modify the programmed order, use to highlight the item to modify and enter the new chapter / track you want to program.
GOTO During VCD/CD playback, press GOTO to display as below: Use to select the desired track/time then enter numeric button to input track/time you want to play.

RF REMOD: It will be more suitable to choose this setting for playing in the day time, for the output volume is high.
DYNAMIC RANGE When LINE OUT is selected, choose this setting to adjust the line out ratio and get different effect.
If adjusting to FULL, the audio signal peak value will be the minimum; while adjusting to OFF, maximum.
DUAL MONO Choose this option to setup the L and R mono output mode.
There are four modes in this option: STEREO, MONO L, MONO R, and MIX MONO.
